SSH Access

SSH/Shell is not enabled by default. To enable SSH we will need you to verify your hosting purchase. Once this is done SSH access may be enabled in the cPanel.

How to enable SSH:
Login to your cPanel
Click the SSH / Shell Access icon.
Click the "Manage SSH Access" button.
Choose "SSH access enabled" from the drop-down menu.
Click the "Submit" button.

Account Verification Error
If you see the error "ERROR: You account must be verified before shell access can be enabled. Please contact our Verification Department to verify your account before continuing." you will need to contact our Verification team to verify your account purchase.

Verification Process:

If you used PayPal
If the account was signed up through PayPal we ask for confirmation of the last four characters of the hosting password(Which was send in Hosting order Email) or seven digit PayPal invoice ID number.

Verifying via email
If you prefer to open a ticket, we ask that you submit a copy of the front and back of the credit card that was charged (first 12 numbers and cvv2 code on the back may be blocked out).
You may send the documents via email to support@adarshhost.com or open ticket and attach files.
